Jason Barber's job at ibero is one that he has spent his entire life working towards. There, he is in charge of the famous International Plaza, a location on N. Clinton Ave where Latino culture is celebrated every day and most importantly (perhaps), where the culture is enjoyed through the wonderful cultural cuisines prepared by the entrepreneurs who own the stands down there where they bring the culture of their country's to you in the way we can understand in any language.. through food!
