He's the head "butcher" at Grass Fed on Monroe Avenue in Rochester, and having grown up in New Jersey, this man knows delis! Rob Nipe came to Rochester in 2007 and after working a couple of regular gigs, the entrepreneur itch needed to be scratched as he set out to solve a problem he was experiencing as a recently converted vegan - how do I still get the satisfaction I used to get from my pre-vegan era comfort foods? Grass Fed, was born.
