Gina Manz is the Executive Vice President of River Valley Foods, and it's only right for such a natural born leader. Gina has a presence about her that is hard to describe. She trusts her team to solve problems, and knows that the key to a good working business relationship (whether it be employer/employee or sales rep/client) is problem solving. It only works if everybody wins.
